As for turnning down the producing stress ,enlarging the producing programming and increasing the business benefit , in June , 2007 , our company built up a new workhouse which had taken 6500 square metres . Regarding the producing stress has been decreased ,our head made a farsight of fetching in a serise of advanced equipment , not only pressing , molding ,reinforcing ,scraping ,cutting ,but also polishing and burnishing ,every step is mechanization ,instead of the past anciently handworking and made the efficiency get a obviously rise . The producing line of pressing , at the very first , compare our business counterworkers in nonce ,we fetched in the largest half-automatic molding equiment and the debugging large-scale doublework molding machine , because of this , our producing scope was enlarge and reducing the handworking mistakes ; in molding part : we use the spray gun ,has improved the problems in past handworking molding (for example the asymmetry and instability in solid ) ; in scraping and cutting : mechanizationg made the cutting very uniformity ; in environment :for the serious smell and much dust in reinforcing ,milling , making ,we especially set a dust catcher system ,cleaning and availably controlling the dust and the smell .

In the without stop improving the production and the green enviroment idea ,we will give every worker a new place .
