With company’s business growing day by day, the dimensions of company expanding unceasingly, the plant area will increase every year .At the same time we have face one important question, which is fire protection and safety. As we all know ,an enterprise should smooth development, the last most important prerequisite is the safety during producing, the last two years, our workshops has caught with fires for several times, although the consequences less serious that enough to give us a lesson. In the fire accident, we found that many workers lack of basic knowledge of fire prevention when the fire happened, they don’t know how or how to use fire fighting equipment by the correct way ,so we missed the best opportunity to control the fire. Based on these reason, to ensure the personal security worker of the staff, raise the fire control awareness for the colleague. All of the production department in the company should have the necessary fire safety training. The main content for the training as follow:

2. The live demonstrate show how to deal the outburst accident
First, the member of the fire safety group who talk about the method of the fire equipment. Second, they made some accident’s scene. The leader demonstrated and explained personally how to deal with the accident. This lesson not only made the general staff known how to operate the course, but also they can understand the knowledge of the safety fire control how to use. Although the employee can’t make sure all the operation, this lesson, some of them can understand how to do it without funk when the fire accidence happened, which make the property and personal safety better. This training lesson is very success.
